We are seeking an experienced Transport Company Manager to lead daily operations and support the continued growth of our business.

• Supervising the acquisition and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
• Collaborating with clients to assess their specific transportation needs and providing advice on vehicle options, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
• Managing customer enquiries and grievances.
• Coordinating incoming orders and bookings, and developing and executing transportation schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Ensuring the preservation of goods’ quality by maintaining appropriate storage and transportation conditions.
• Facilitating the collection and delivery of vehicles and merchandise.
• Maintaining business records, compiling operational statements, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Directing operations associated with train arrival, departure, and loading and unloading processes.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all facets of company activities.
• Overseeing the procurement and upkeep of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
• Engaging with clients to determine transportation requirements and advising on vehicle selection, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinating transportation orders and bookings and managing transportation schedules to optimise operational efficiency.
• Managing storage and transportation conditions to maintain the quality of goods.
• Streamlining collection and delivery processes for vehicles and merchandise.

• AQF Level Diploma or any relevant qualification.

• Competitive annual salary package of $125,000–$150,000 plus superannuation.
