Harward College is hiring a Trainer and Assessor to deliver vocational education and assess student competency. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions
- Assess student performance and competency
- Prepare training materials and assessment tools
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with RTO and ASQA standards
- Support students with learning and assessment queries
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) mandatory
- Relevant industry qualification in teaching field
- 2 to 5 years industry or training experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of VET compliance requirements
- Right to work in Australia
