Production Horticulturist/Section Supervisor/Forklift Driver

Bunchline Farms is expanding and inviting skilled, motivated professionals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Production Horticulturist
• Forklift Driver
• Section Supervisor

• Ensure land preparation and crop operations follow standard procedures
• Train and supervise operators to maintain quality practices
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans
• Monitor nursery plants and pressurised irrigation systems

• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and products
• Load and unload goods efficiently while preventing damage
• Perform routine equipment checks and report faults
• Support warehouse organisation and inventory control

• Manage daily operations within an assigned farm section
• Monitor staff performance and provide training or guidance
• Coordinate with the Farm Operations Manager
• Maintain safety standards and report operational issues

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the applied role
• Relevant qualifications preferred
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Agricultural knowledge is an advantage (for Horticulturist & Supervisor roles)
• Valid forklift licence required (for Forklift Driver role)
