A Digital AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. The role involves building AI-driven systems, optimizing algorithms, analyzing data, and integrating AI tools into digital platforms to enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various applications (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform AI solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into digital platforms and products.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Research and stay updated on emerging AI technologies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI model and system issues.
- Document AI processes, model performance, and technical specifications for stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and algorithms.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
