Shift Supervisor

A Shift Supervisor at Red Rooster is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their shift. They ensure that customer service, food quality, and safety standards are maintained. The role involves supervising team members, assisting with training, managing inventory, and addressing customer concerns. Shift Supervisors also support the Restaurant Manager in meeting sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate staff during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards.
• Monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Support inventory management, including stock control and ordering.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate reporting of sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Assist in achieving operational and sales targets.
