Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business and retail clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable banking, lending, and investment solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
- Prepare credit proposals, assess financial risks, and manage loan applications.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as lending, credit, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound financial and credit analysis knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of business lending products and financial planning.
- Proficiency in CRM and banking software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Management are an advantage.
- Prior experience (2–5 years) in relationship management, business banking, or financial advisory preferred.
