As a Teacher at Little Learners Early Education, you’ll play a key role in shaping the foundation of young children’s development. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for every child.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs based on EYLF.
• Foster a positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, record, and assess children’s learning progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and portfolios for children’s developmental milestones.
