UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at AutoSoft Dynamics, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for our banking and financial software products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and work in a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (experience in fintech or banking software is a plus).
