Student Support Officer

Bloomfield College is seeking a Student Support Officer to assist domestic and international students with academic guidance, enrolment processes, and general student services. Key Responsibilities

• Support students with enrolment, course information, and academic queries
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Assist international students with orientation and compliance related queries
• Provide front desk and email support to students and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or student systems
