Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and sales targets
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and shrinkage
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Ensure brand standards and store presentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- 3 to 6 years experience in retail sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or manager role
- Strong leadership and decision making ability
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours
