Tasks & Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain Subway's standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports, including sales analysis and inventory reports.
Customer Focus:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a top-tier experience.
- Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Manage inventory levels, order stock, and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualification & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the food and beverage or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
