Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook Italian dishes including pasta, pizza, and main courses
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure clean and organised workstations
- Support head chef and kitchen team during service
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Assist with stock rotation and storage
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
