We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative officer to support our day-to-day academic and office operations. This role will focus on student and staff administration, including preparing official documents, maintaining accurate records, and managing digital platforms such as Google Workspace and Google Classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and issue student offer letters and Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) documents.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Set up and manage classrooms on Google (Google Classroom & Google Workspace tools).
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students.
- Coordinate communication between departments, students, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting tasks.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic administration or office support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Google Classroom.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
